In a way, somme attentions of the owner. It seems a safe place.
Advertising is not clear about distance of town and the danger of walking to go to it. No source of cold water or ice No air conditioned or a fan.

my hosts marsel and his mother ivanka are super friendly and the sincerity in their desire to make your stay perfect is evident immediately. and they're truly genuine; it feels like you have a personal host rather than someone running a business. the pansion is just fine, rooms are nothing fancy but completely adequate. the dinning room where you can pay for homemade dinner just adds to the homey feeling. location is not immediately near the medugorje sites but if you like to walk it's certainly easy to walk, or - of course - marsel is more than happy to drive you anytime.

We were met with a smile, a gift and refreshments. The location is tranquil respite from the hectic layout of medjugorje village. The owner speaks english and offered free transport into the village each day. Pansion Barac offers breakfast and evening 3 course meal cooked with traditional dishes at very reasonable price. The owner will help with any queries during your stay and is a good host at evening meal. We loved our stay at Pansion Barac.

The owner is a very nice and helpful man. He waited at the bus station for 1 1/2 hours when our bus was delayed. Ferried us to the hotel and then to the bus station again the next day without asking for payment. Since we had so many luggages he had to make 2 trips each time. He did all these without complaining and always has a smile on his face. Highly recommend this place. Very pleasant place

We liked the air conditioning in the downstairs suite. The kitchen was nice and the location was good in proximity to the town.
Immediately upon entering the suite, there was a terrible musty smell, it was difficult to get used to. The double bed was awful, we could not sleep. There was a breakfast room, but we did not know about it, as they did not inform us. When we asked about laundry facilities, they had no clue and were not very helpful. House is also on the main highway heading out of town, very noisy when you need to sleep with windows open.

The owners of the property were extremely helpful, the Pansion had breakfast, lunch and dinner at an additional charge, and wow breakfast and dinner were truly amazing and well worth the additional charge. It was lovely to start and finish the day in the communal dining room. They also arranged a very efficient private taxi service from Dubronik to Medjugorje and return at a cost. The property was a little out of town, but it was a great walk into town, on one occasion we took up the offer of a lift into town.
